INTORYA היא מערכת אינטרנטית לניהול לקוחות.

המערכת מאפשרת למשתמשים לנהל את לוח הזמנים שלהם, לקבוע ולעדכן תורים, לשמור פרטי לקוחות, לתעד פעילות ולשלוח תזכורות ועדכונים הקשורים לתורים.

חיבור ל-Google Calendar

משתמשי המערכת יכולים לבחור לחבר את חשבון Google שלהם לצורך סנכרון תורים ואירועים עם Google Calendar.

החיבור ל-Google Calendar מאפשר למערכת:

  • להציג זמינות ביומן לצורך קביעת תורים.
  • ליצור אירועים ביומן עבור תורים שנקבעו במערכת.
  • לעדכן אירועים כאשר מועד התור משתנה.
  • למחוק או לבטל אירועים כאשר תור מבוטל.
  • לסייע במניעת קביעת תורים בזמנים שכבר תפוסים.

הגישה ל-Google Calendar מתבצעת רק לאחר קבלת אישור מפורש מהמשתמש ומשמשת אך ורק להפעלת פונקציות היומן והסנכרון שביקש המשתמש.

המערכת אינה מוכרת מידע שמתקבל מ-Google Calendar ואינה משתמשת בו לצורכי פרסום. המשתמש יכול לנתק את החיבור לחשבון Google בכל עת דרך הגדרות המערכת או דרך הגדרות האבטחה של חשבון Google.

About the application

INTORYA is a web-based platform for managing customers, patients and appointments. It is intended for clinics, therapists and service providers.

The application enables authorized users to manage their schedules, create and update appointments, maintain customer information, document activities and send appointment-related reminders and notifications.

Google Calendar integration

Users may choose to connect their Google account in order to synchronize appointments and events with Google Calendar.

The Google Calendar integration enables the application to:

  • Display calendar availability for appointment scheduling.
  • Create calendar events for appointments scheduled through the application.
  • Update calendar events when an appointment is rescheduled.
  • Delete or cancel calendar events when an appointment is cancelled.
  • Help prevent appointments from being scheduled during unavailable times.

Access to Google Calendar is provided only after the user gives explicit consent. Google Calendar data is used solely to provide the calendar synchronization features requested by the user.

The application does not sell Google Calendar data or use it for advertising purposes. Users may disconnect their Google account at any time through the application settings or their Google Account security settings.
